premises must display the 30.07 Poster.
Businesses banning concealed carry on their
premises as well, must also display both the
30.06 poster and to the 30.07.
Businesses posting the TEXAS PC 30.06 sign ONLY
means NO CONCEALED carry on premises
BUT open carry is allowed.
Requirements for signs that businesses MUST post if they want to bar the carrying of handguns:
Must appear in contrasting colors with block letters at least one inch in height.
Must be in both English and Spanish.
Must be displayed in a “conspicuous manner” at ALL property entrances.
