Businesses choosing to ban open carry guns on their premises must display the 30.07 sign.

Businesses choosing to ban concealed gun carry as well, must also display the
30.06 sign in addition to the 30.07.

If you display a no gun sign that does not meet the Texas PC 30.06 and PC
30.07 sign requirements then it is not a legally binding sign.

they are not trespassing according to the state statute.
